This is where every cloud AI video model I test ends up. I run each one live on its real interface with planned shots and the same pictures and prompts, then publish the results, the credit costs and the slips. So far that's Kling 4.0, Seedance 2.5 and Higgsfield Katana, all run on Higgsfield. Each video plays every result in full, and each guide below gives you the prompts and settings so you can repeat the tests yourself.
The tests so far

What I found, in one line each
| Model / tool | Best at | Where it slipped |
|---|---|---|
| Kling 4.0 | Planned shots: it landed on the start and end frames, went through four keyframes in order and got the dialogue word for word. | Small, faint details (a knife that leaves no cut, a cub that passes through a net). |
| Seedance 2.5 | It kept all three bears solid in the doorbell test and tied Kling on dialogue. | It didn't start on the exact start picture, and in the 30-second shot it switched to following a second drone. |
| Higgsfield Katana | Planning: Claude read every cut before spending a credit, and the final cost came in almost exactly on its quote. | A red glow on the katana, and one cut that opened on an awkward stance (fixed by redoing just those shots). |
How I test
- Planned shots first. I write every shot before I press generate, so the model is judged on whether it follows the plan, not on a lucky roll.
- Same inputs across models. In comparisons, both models get the same pictures, prompts and settings.
- Real costs. I write down the credits for every run, retries included, along with the date. Prices on these platforms change, so always check the Generate button before you run anything.
- Slips included. Every guide lists what went wrong, not just what worked.

FAQ
Which AI video model did best in your tests?
For planned shots, Kling 4.0: it hit the start and end frames, walked through four keyframes in order and got the dialogue right. Seedance 2.5 kept the doorbell-camera bears more solid, but it drifted from the start picture and switched drones in the 30-second shot.
Were the tests done on the same platform?
Yes. Kling 4.0 and Seedance 2.5 sit in the same model list on Higgsfield, and both got the same pictures, prompts and settings. Katana is a Higgsfield tool that runs inside Claude.
Are the prices in these posts still current?
Not necessarily. My Kling and Seedance numbers come from the launch price shown on the Generate button on Oct 25, 2026. Always check the Generate button before you run anything.
Will you test more models?
Yes. This page gets a new card each time I test another model.
