By accessing or using locallabdigest.com, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or purchase our products.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website locallabdigest.com ("Site"), operated by The Local Lab ("we," "us," or "our"). By visiting the Site, purchasing products, or using any of our content, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Our products are digital downloads, including Windows batch installers (.bat files), ComfyUI workflows, and related configuration files. These are sold through Patreon and our Wix-powered store.
When you purchase a product from The Local Lab, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that product for your own personal or commercial creative projects. You may not:
Because our products are digital downloads that are immediately accessible upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
However, if a product is defective, broken, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at contact@locallabdigest.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue — including providing an updated version or alternative product.
Our installers are designed for Windows 10/11 only (64-bit). We do not guarantee compatibility with Mac, Linux, or other operating systems. Minimum hardware requirements (e.g., VRAM requirements) are listed on each product page. It is your responsibility to verify your system meets these requirements before purchasing.
Our site includes affiliate links to third-party retailers, primarily Amazon. We earn a commission on qualifying purchases at no additional cost to you. Deal prices, availability, and accuracy are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for pricing errors or availability on third-party sites.
See our full Affiliate Disclosure for more details.
By using our Site, you agree not to:
All content on this Site — including tutorials, written guides, video content, installer scripts, workflows, graphics, and branding — is the intellectual property of The Local Lab unless otherwise noted.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our express written consent. This includes uploading our tutorials or installers to YouTube, Patreon, or other platforms.
The underlying AI models, frameworks, and tools we use in our products (ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion, WAN, etc.) are governed by their own open-source licenses. Our license covers only the installer scripts, workflows, and configuration files we create.
Our Discord server, Patreon community, and other social channels have their own community rules. By joining these communities, you agree to follow those rules in addition to these Terms. We reserve the right to remove users who violate community standards.
Our products and content are provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our products will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with your specific hardware configuration.
AI models and software change rapidly. While we strive to keep our installers up to date, we cannot guarantee that all products will remain functional as underlying libraries, drivers, or model repositories change over time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Local Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. This includes but is not limited to hardware damage, data loss, or system incompatibilities.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
We use third-party platforms including Patreon, Wix, Vercel, YouTube, and Amazon Associates. Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable law.
